command share folder to all client can access :
Samba : share file folder from linux to window .. or window to linux
1. check samba package
#yum list installed | grep samba
#cd /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ : fix network
#ls
#vi ifcfg-ens33
BOOTPROTO=STATIC
ONBOOT=yes
IPADDR=192.168.1.254
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
GATEWAY=192.168.1.1
DNS1=8.8.8.8
:x
#service network restart : restart network ..
ping 8.8.8.8
2. Install Samba package
#yum install samba -y
3. Create Folder & Set Permission
#mkdir /public_share : create folder
#chmod -R 777 /public_share : set permission folder
#ll /public_share/
#ll /
#setenforce 0 : (SELinux permit user access folder) : group pholicy linux
#firewall-cmd --zone=public --permanent --add-service=samba : share រហូតទោះ restart ក៏ដោយ
#firewall-cmd --reload : restart service
4. Configure samba
#cd /etc/samba/
#ll
#vi smb.conf
[global]
#map to guest = bad user : connect not need user and password.
[publicshare]
path =/public_share
public = yes
writable = yes
# testparm : use for test configure have errror or not
# service smb restart : restart service
#service smb status : view service samba stop or start
#chkconfig smb on : ទោះ restart centos open វិញ smb is start auto
#test samba_server_IP
#ll /public_share/ : view file in folder share
