9.  Monitor and Troubleshoot Exchange

- 1/monitor Exchange status: Exchange EMS=> Run command: Test-ServiceHealth
- 2/Monitor Email queue: Exchange Toolbox => Queue Viewer
-3/Troubleshoot Email : Exchange EMS => Eun command below:
     -Get-MessageTrackingLog
     -parameter:
          -EventID "Fail" or "Send" or "Receive"
          -Sender "dara@test.com"

1/ Open PC Exchange-server => open Exchange Management Shell

use command : Test-ServiceHealth

2/Open PC Exchange-server => open Exchange Toolbox=> click Queue Viewer

3/Open PC Exchange-server => open Exchange Managerment Shell
use command : Test-ServiceHealth
use command : Get-MessageTrackingLog -eventid "Fail"

Use command :  "C: \log.txt" ដើម្បី Export file text name Log save ដាក់ទៅក្នុង Drive C ដើម្បីងាយស្រួល view មើល

7. Configure Antivirus & Anti-spam for Email Protection

Spam :
ការ block  Spam មាន​ 2ប្រភេទគឺ៖
- block តាម Feature 
- block តាម database 

1/ Block use Feature :
Sender: 
- open Popcon => Spam => កន្លែង User defined Blocklist => click Sender[0] add => past Email address ចូល
Ex : Email address : testtest@gmail.com ពេលដែលម្ចាស់ ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ testtest@gmail.com send mail ចូលមក
Exchange ខាងក្នុងវានិង មិនចូល Inbox ទេគឺវានិងចាប់ Email address មួយនេះដាក់ទៅក្នុង Spam box តែម្ដង
បន្ទាប់ពី past Email address ចូលហើយ=> ok
Words in Subject:
- open Popcon => Spam => កន្លែង User defined Blocklist => click Words in Subject[0] add
ពាក្យដែលយើងកំនត់ថាជា Spam Ex: test , hack ,error ..... ពេលដែលមាន គេផ្ញើរ mail មកមាន subject ទាំងនេះវានិង

 មិនចូល Inbox ទេគឺវានិងចាប់ Email address មួយនេះដាក់ទៅក្នុង Spam box តែម្ដង 

2/ត្រង់កន្លែង What to do with arriving spam emails:
- បើយើង យក divert to Spamoperator : administrator@test.local វានិង send ទៅ user admin ឲ្យទទួលព័តមាន
- បើយើង យក Send on to recipient but tag subject with "[spam]":  វានិង មានពាក្យ  [spam]នៅខាងមុខ subject massage mail

- បើយើង យក just delete spam emails :  វានិងលុប Mail ដែល send មកមាន Mail address ដូចយើងបានកំនត់ចោលតែម្តង  



Antivirus :
ដើម្បីកំនត់ឲ្យ វាជួយ scan virus តាមMail យើងត្រូវ៖ 
- open Popcon => Antivirus
ជា defult វា Disable ( Antivirus Subsystem deactivated )

ដូច្នេះយើងត្រូវរើសយក (Integrated antivirus subsystem with automatic virus signature update) វិញដើម្បីឲ្យវាScan virus

6 / Configure & Manage Message Transport

6.1 Configure Send Connector ( SMTP) : Simple Mail Transfer Protocol

លទ្ធផល​ស្វែងរក

 ការប្រើប្រាស់ SMTP ដើម្បីឲ្យ User អាច send Email ពីMail Box Exchange local ទៅកាន់
yahoo , Gmail ឬក៏ Email ខាងក្រៅបាន៖
ដើម្បី configure SMTP យើងត្រូវ ៈ​
1/-register domain, mail hosting ជាមុនសិនដើម្បីឲ្យ Mail ក្លាយជា Mail public
Recommend : បើអ្នកចង់ប្រើប្រាស់ Mail អ្នកគួរតែ ប្រើទាំង local and Public ព្រោះថាបើសិនជា៖
- Mail local ខូច នៅសល់ Mail public
- Mail Public ខូច នៅសល់ Mail local
-login in Exchange server : https://exchange/ecp
-Mail flow => Send Connector => Add (+)
    -Name : SMTP connector => Type: Internet

    -Send mail using DNS MX record

    -full Qualified Domain Name ( FQDN )
គឺជាកន្លែងដែលយើងចង់កំនត់ប្រភេទ Email ផ្ញើរទៅ បើយើងដាក់​ yahoo យើងអាចផ្ញើរទៅតែ yahoo មួយទេ តែបើ យើងដាក់ (*) ឲ្យ​ តែMail ខាងក្រៅអាច ឲ្យយើងផ្ញើរទៅបានទាំងអស់

- Select Source server :Exchange

- Mail flow => Accepted Domain

- Mail Flow => Email Address policy

- Login webmail: https://exchange/owa => test send email to Internet
6.2 Configure POP3 Connector
ការប្រើប្រាស់ POP3 ដើម្បីឲ្យ User អាច send Email ពីខាងក្រៅ yahoo , Gmail ឬក៏ Email​ ផ្សេងខាងក្រៅមកកាន់ Mail Box Exchange local ខាងក្នុងបាន៖
ដើម្បី configure  POP3 យើងត្រូវ ៈ​
1/-register domain, mail hosting ជាមុនសិនដើម្បីឲ្យ Mail ក្លាយជា Mail public
2/- Download & Install Software: POPCon
3/- Configure POP3 server & options:
           - Server(name or IP) is Mail hosting Ex: mail.test.com
           - username:   user mail box admin  EX: dara@itgroup.com
           - password:  Password Mail box admin
           - Display name:   Ex : dara@test.com/mail.test.com
           - type of mailbox / distribution => Single usermailbox
                     add name user Mail Exchange EX: dara@test.local

+ Schedule => Schedule download Email:

+ Exchange => Configure Exchange server to accept email

     - Test send email from Internet to local recipient

5 / Implementing client Connectivity:

Cilents can connect to Exchange server 2016 using:
- OWA webmail: https://exchange-server/owa :

client ប្រើប្រាស់ Email នៅលើ Microsoft Outlook ដែល setup នៅលើ PC client ដែល

- ActiveSync: Moblie phone
client ប្រើប្រាស់ Email នៅលើទូរស័ព្ទ ( Android and IOS )
(note ចំពោះការប្រើប្រាស់លើទូរស័ព្ទ បើសិនជា mail exchange មិនបានយកទៅ Hosting ទេ
ឲ្យតែ PC server and phone client connect WIFI តែមួយជាមួយគ្នា គឺវាអាចដំណើរការហើយ

4. Configure & Manage Recipient Objects :
 - Login to Exchange : https://exchange-server/ecp
- Goto Recipient => mailboxes & Group => Create new email Account & Group
ប្រើប្រាស់សំរាប់បង្កើត mail box user and Group.
- Goto Recipient => mailboxes => Edit user mailbox => Mailbox usage => Limit mailbox quota
ប្រើប្រាស់សំរាប់កំណត់ ទំហំ Mail box ដែល user ប្រើប្រាស់.
- Goto Recipient => mailboxes => Edit user mailbox => Mailbox features => Mail Flow
ប្រើប្រាស់សំរាប់ឲ្យUser អាច Forward Mail Auto ទៅឲ្យUsers ដទៃទៀត.
- Goto Recipient => mailboxes => Edit user mailbox => Mailbox Features => Message size restrixtion
ប្រើប្រាស់សំរាប់កំនត់ Size Send and Receive mail របស់ Users.
- Goto Recipient => mailboxes => Edit user mailbox => Mailbox Features => Message delivery restriction
ប្រើប្រាស់សំរាប់ឲ្យមានការ specific ក្នុងការផ្ញើរ Mail ឲ្យ userណាមួយ
Ex : user Dara send Mail to user Marry ត្រង់នេះមានន័យថា មានតែ User dara ទេដែលអាច Send mail to user Marry ក្រៅពី User dara គឺ send mail to user Marry មិនចូលទេ .
